Slim Calf Boots Return and Exchange Policy

At Slim Calf Boots, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy:

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including original packaging.


For U.S. Customers

  • A prepaid return shipping label is provided for your first return or exchange, offering free shipping both ways.

  • Returns are subject to a restocking fee of $11.95, deducted from your refund.

  • First-time exchanges are exempt from restocking fees and include a complimentary exchange label.


APO / FPO Address Policy

  • We are happy to offer free shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

  • Please note that Slim Calf Boots is not responsible for return merchandise sent from APO/FPO addresses.

  • In the event of a return or refund from an APO/FPO address, shipping reimbursement cannot exceed $11.95, regardless of the original shipping cost.


For International Customers

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Duties and taxes are not covered by Slim Calf Boots.

  • No restocking fee applies to international returns.

To ensure your return is processed smoothly without delays or unexpected customs fees, please follow these steps carefully when sending a return from outside the United States:

  1. Declare the Item as ā€œReturn to Sellerā€
    On your customs form, you MUST select or write:
    Reason for export: ā€œReturn to Sellerā€

  2. Declare the Item Value as Ā£0 / €0 / $0
    Because the item is not a new sale and is being returned, the value must be declared as zero to avoid import duties.

  3. Do NOT mark the package as ā€œMerchandiseā€
    āœ” Select: Return Goods / Returned Merchandise
    ✘ Do NOT select: Sale or Merchandise

  4. Include Your Original Order Number Inside the Package
    This helps us process your refund or exchange quickly.

  5. You Are Responsible for All Return Shipping Costs
    Unless otherwise agreed with customer service.

  6. Packages Sent Incorrectly May Be Refused
    If customs charges duties due to incorrect declaration, the package may be held or returned. We cannot accept packages with unpaid import fees.

  7. Keep Your Tracking Number
    This protects you if the carrier misroutes the package.

  • Description: Returned boots – return to seller

  • Value: 0

  • Reason: Return to Seller / Returned Goods

  • HS Code (optional): 6403.99 (Footwear, leather)

  • Country of Origin: As printed on the product label


Additional Conditions

  • Items not returned in their original condition, or without the original box, may incur an additional $15 charge.

  • Refunds are processed within 2–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
