RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Slim Calf Boots, we want you to love your boots! We accept eligible returns and exchanges requested within 30 days of delivery.
1. Return Shipping, Exchanges & Checkout+
You do not need Checkout+ to return or exchange an eligible item.

Checkout+ is available to customers in the United States, European Union, Canada, and United Kingdom. International customers without Checkout+, including those outside the eligible regions, must arrange and pay for their own return shipping.
Free U.S. exchange benefits do not apply to international orders. Slim Calf Boots is not responsible for international customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Enter your order number and email address.

Select your items and follow the instructions to submit your request.
Please request your return or exchange within 30 days of delivery and follow the approved shipping instructions before sending your merchandise.
3. Return Eligibility
Returned items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in their original, resellable condition.

In their original shoe box and packaging, with all original tags intact.
Regular sale and discounted items are eligible under this policy. Items specifically marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase, gift cards, worn or used merchandise, and items missing their original shoe box or required packaging are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds may be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, less the applicable restocking fee shown above. Restocking fees apply per returned item, not per order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 2–10 business days following approval. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
